"Fruit Cleanse Instructions"
What is a "Fruit Cleanse" and why should you do one? Fruit is a food that cleanse the body and from time to time can be juiced or blended for health matters. Do not at sugar to your fruit blend, fruit already contains sugar. In the pictures above you can see that I did a fruit cleanse with Grape, Plum, Apple, and Lime let me not forget Kiwi was in the mix as well. Now you can do a fruit cleanse with any fruit as long as the fruit is NON GMO, meaning it is a fruit that has not been genetically modified and is grown organically. I can tell you now that organically grown fruit is expensive but worth the investment for health longevity. Natural herbal supplements can be added to the fruit cleanse, above you can see that "Black Walnut" oil and "Chlorella" was added to the mix and both are organic. Both supplements are good for the digestive system especially Black Walnut oil, Chlorella is great for cell regeneration.
Ingredients:
1. Organic NON GMO Fruit of choice
2. Cut Up Fruit to desired size "Do not remove seeds"
3. Add any organic supplemental herb to the mix
4. Few Ice Cubes
5. Blend All ingredients to smoothie consistency
