   When I was an adolescent, I found myself asking the question "Who Am I", sure enough my mother taught me about Black History and "His-Story" as well. I grew up in a household where my mother made sure I understood how important BLACK folks were and are to this country we call "AMERICA".

 My mother told me we built this country into what it is today. Everyday was Black History day in my household, my mother never let me forget where I came from and where my ancestors came from. Today we have to do the same with our children, the Kem "Black" youth nowadays have no idea what great people they come from. Black youth are the ones that will save our people and our place in the future. If your an African adult living in America hence "African American" ask yourself this one question. Do you know who you are, is the question that I ask.

The Melanin Code: Dangers of Name Brand Toothpaste

"What's In Your Toothpaste" 

  I would like to talk about "Toothpaste" and how it is detrimental to the Circadian rhythm "Biological Process"  of the Pineal Gland. Scientist have already confirmed that the Pineal Gland is the Third Eye of the human anatomy. The Pineal Gland is responsible for several functions of the body. It produces Melatonin, regulates productive hormones and has a part in sexual development. The Pineal Gland is also responsible for sleep patterns, which means it has a role in the dreams we have.

 Toothpaste is one of the many products that we consume, that is harmful to the Pineal Gland. Did you know that Sodium Fluoride is toxic to the Pineal Gland? Toothpaste products cannot and will not be ADA approved (With the Exception of Tom's ) unless it has Fluoride in the ingredients! Studies show that Fluoride is a disrupting agent to the natural function of the Pineal Gland. Toothpaste "Fluoride" also calcifies the Pineal "Third Eye" Gland. This means  it effects the reproductive hormones, sexual development, sleep pattern and so on.

  The Pineal Gland is responsible for the bonding of the soul and body. Without a prosperous functioning Pineal Gland, the body and soul does not properly connect, literally you leaving the person  "Dead" inside. In closing I say to all of my Melanated people, take proper precautions with your health. Big corporate toothpaste companies do not care about people, let alone AFRAKAN people. Change starts from within. Start off small change  the toothpaste  you consume, so that you can begin de-calcifying your Pineal Gland. Activated charcoal is great for cleaning your teeth and can be used as a substitute!

  If you are currently living in the Northern hemisphere of the USA or the North Eastern hemisphere, I have a statement to make based on observation. Excuse me for my tardiness,  I've stumbled upon information on The National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington DC.

 What is this information you might ask? Well the existence of the museum itself is  new information to me, it is set to open this September. I do not watch much television but I do research the internet for information to keep me in the so called "Loop" of life we inhabit. The idea of a field trip to the grand opening resonates within my mind.

 The mere fact that the news only broadcast negative about my Kem "Black"  people gets me angry, very angry. Instead of trying to educate black children the media wants to sale a pipe dream "The American Dream"  to our children, enough is enough we need to change this determent. There is proof out there that is provided freely and will show you that the dis-education of the "Negro" is apart of the grand delusional plan of western civilization.

  In my opinion the museum will not only host a showcase of "Fabricated Information" it has also made it very clear that the down fall of some African Americans such as "Bill Cosby"  will be on display. This by far is seen as the open assassination of a house hold name in the black community, that was programmed into the homes of each Kem "Black" people. Only time will tell what happens to this museum and its purpose.

Chakras are spiritual energy centers in the body. Each Charka has a specific job to perform within your vessel known as the body or physical being of self. Although our body consist of several energy centers "Chakras" , there are seven that are aligned perfectly within your body and two that align as well so that would make it 9.

In the picture above, the crystals order are as follows, excluding the first and last stone. The 1st stone to the left side of the picture above is the crystal Amethyst which is the crown. The 2nd stone is the Lapis Lazule known as the "Third EYE". The 3rd crystal soladite  is the "Throat" Chakra which can be a blueish or greenish stone. The 4th crystal Citrine is the "Heart" Chakra, 5th is the "Solar Per-Plexus", 6th is the "Sacral" and  7th is the "Root" Chakra.

These 7 Chakras can be activated in many ways. Some include through mediation, healthy eating, "Sun" gazing and metaphysical stones ie crystals. Chakra stones are healing crystals that have a specific vibration and color. These crystals active the energy you harness, from the Ntchr!

Your body is a temple that is a manifestation of the all, the "Ntchr". We as the Kem God must take care of the body, mind and soul that is a part of the Ntchr!
Engaging in every day activity with Chakras stones is vital to self-preservation of the Ba (Soul).

U rising to all melanated women of the universe. If you're not aware of the power you posses, the power that makes you creator by default, its time that you become aware. Afrikan woman you are the life giver and when you created man it was for the purpose that he may rule through you. 

To better understand your roll as a woman, as the creator in all senses, you must obtain knowledge of spiritual science artifacts such as the Ntchr and Ntchru and several other actual scientific findings in spirituality. This is why I put emphasis on knowing where you come as a woman. Once you know or are " Know-ledge-able" you will  exercise that divine force within you and be in tune with Mother Earth. In my deeply expressed opinion, it is time that us melanated women unite under such divine gifts and power from the Creator, use them to do much greater for our future generations of Black men.
